What your landlord insurance does not cover – Wear & Tear, Gradual Deterioration, Theft by member of the household, Property in the Open by Storm or Flood, Loss of Rent where tenant absconds or cannot pay, liability for gradual pollution or contamination, buildings in the course of construction, the policy excess, any specifically excluded perils.
