- Employers Liability €13m cover for Tradesmen / Labourers / Self-Employed Persons / Persons employed by you outside the building contract
- Fire Brigade Charges €25k

- Cover for Tools, Plant (Owned or Hired-in) and Equipment (optional extra cover)
- Interested Parties / Financial Institution noted (i.e. Bank / Building Society / Local Authority etc.)
