We do not accept any hard copy / posted documentation. *A Limit of Indemnity Escalator Clause is available with these products (for Residential Properties) and can be included at inception of the Indemnity Bond OR by post-policy endorsement at a later date. Its purpose is to protect against inflation in the value of the property (i.e. bond indemnity limit) over a chosen period in years. This may be especially valuable if the property is likely to be sold on again in the next few years. There will be an additional premium payable for the inclusion of this clause.
